Meet our founder

For 20 years, Lindsay Major has spent her career generating revenue and optimizing consumer traffic for retail real estate. She began her career in corporate and consumer marketing for open-air shopping centers, where she honed her skills in driving foot traffic and enhancing the customer shopping experience.

In 2014, Lindsay was tasked with establishing an ancillary income department for InvenTrust Properties, with a focus on short-term inline and common area leasing. She designed, launched, managed, and grew a highly successful ancillary income program for this prominent real estate company, and subsequently for Blackstone affiliate, Shopcore Properties, now known as Perform Properties. She managed property portfolios ranging from 60 to 125 shopping centers across all major US markets, trained and managed teams of dealmakers, and boosted ancillary revenue streams by 8% annually, on average.

With her results-driven experience, meticulousness, and deep understanding of both marketing and leasing in the retail space, Lindsay provides expert strategic guidance to shopping center owners and managers seeking to maximize revenue from their retail property and build a sustainable specialty leasing program for their portfolio.
